Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall operation of the Container Ship, ensuring safe and efficient navigation. The Master will oversee all deck operations, including cargo handling and maintenance. The Master will also be responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements.
The Master's day-to-day duties will include navigating the vessel, managing the crew, and making decisions regarding safety and cargo operations. The Master will also be responsible for communicating with other vessels and shore-based authorities. The Master will ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that the vessel is operated in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a similar type of vessel
- Must have a strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and conventions
- Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must be physically fit and able to work at sea for extended periods
