Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall safety and operation of the Crude oil tanker. This senior role requires strong leadership and navigational skills to ensure the safe transportation of cargo. The Master will work closely with the crew to maintain a high level of efficiency and compliance with regulations.
The Master's day-to-day duties include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and overseeing deck maintenance. The Master is also responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, as well as managing the crew's workload and training. Additionally, the Master will coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's Certificate of Competency for unlimited tonnage
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a tanker vessel
- Must have completed all required STCW training and certifications
- Must have a strong understanding of ISM and ISPS codes
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
