Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall safety and operation of the Crude oil tanker. This role requires strong leadership and navigation skills to ensure the safe transportation of cargo. The Master will also be responsible for managing the deck crew.
The Master's day-to-day duties include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Master will also be responsible for conducting regular drills and training sessions with the crew to ensure they are prepared for emergency situations. Additionally, the Master will manage the vessel's maintenance and repair schedule to ensure it remains in good working condition.

What we look for
- Master's certificate of competency issued by a recognized maritime authority
- At least 2 years of experience as a Master on a tanker vessel
- Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and conventions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Valid medical certificate and completion of all required STCW training
