Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall operation and navigation of the vessel. This includes ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, as well as managing the crew and cargo operations. The Master will work closely with the crew to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
The Master's day-to-day duties include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and overseeing maintenance and repairs. The Master will also be responsible for communicating with other vessels and shore-based authorities, as well as managing the crew's workload and training. Additionally, the Master will be required to respond to emergencies and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency for oil/chemical tankers
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a similar vessel type
- Must have completed all required STCW training and certifications
- Must have a strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
