The Master will be the ultimate authority on a modern oil/chemical tanker, responsible for safe navigation, cargo handling and compliance with all international regulations. You will lead a multinational crew, maintain the vessel’s operational readiness and ensure the protection of the environment.

Daily duties include planning voyages, overseeing loading and discharge operations, and monitoring the ship’s stability and safety systems. You will conduct bridge watches, manage emergency drills and maintain communication with shore offices and port authorities. All navigation and cargo documentation must be accurate and up to date.

Requirements

  • OK- Master Mariner’s Certificate of Competency (IMO STCW 2010) with tanker endorsement
  • OK- Minimum 3,000 days sea service on oil/chemical tankers, at least 1,200 days as Chief Officer
  • OK- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate and drug‑free test
  • OK- Proven leadership and crew management experience
  • OK- Strong knowledge of MARPOL, SOLAS, ISM Code and cargo segregation rules
