Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall safety and operation of the oil tanker vessel. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. The Master will also be responsible for managing the deck crew.
The Master's day-to-day duties at sea will include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and overseeing maintenance and repair work. The Master will also be responsible for communicating with other vessels and shore-based authorities. Additionally, the Master will ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that the crew is trained and competent.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency for oil tankers.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on oil tankers.
- Must have completed all required STCW training, including tanker training.
- Must have a strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
