Requirements
- OKQualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- OKSignificant experience within maritime, shipping or marine insurance law, (6-7 years PQE) Strong background in dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration.
- OKExperience advising shipowners, charterers, insurers, brokers or other maritime stakeholders.
- OKAbility to independently manage complex matters from instruction through to conclusion.
- OKExcellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
- OKStrong commercial awareness and an ability to deliver practical legal solutions.
- OKExperience managing client relationships and acting as a primary point of contact.
- OKPrevious involvement in mentoring or supervising junior legal professionals.
- OKA proactive approach to business development and networking within the maritime industry.
