Requirements
- OKMinimum of 2 years' shore-based experience as a Technical Superintendent working with Tankers Previous sailing experience as a Chief Engineer Experience managing vessel operational and capital expenditure budgets Knowledge of planned maintenance systems, dry docking, statutory surveys, and regulatory compliance Strong understanding of technical, operational, and HSEQ requirements Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced technical environment
