Neri Group SPA holds registered owner, commercial manager and ISM manager status for its Italy-based fleet of 17 vessels, totalling 7,515 DWT. Tugs and harbor craft make up 82 percent of the fleet and offshore vessels the remaining 18 percent, a mix of small working vessels rather than deep-sea tonnage. All three roles, ownership, commercial management and ISM safety responsibility, sit with one company.
