Daily duties include monitoring engine performance, conducting routine inspections, and performing scheduled maintenance on generators, pumps and fuel systems. You will troubleshoot faults, oversee repairs, and keep detailed technical logs. Coordination with the deck department for ballast and cargo operations is also required.

Requirements
- OKSTCW 2nd Engineer Certificate (or equivalent) with valid COE
- OKMinimum 2 years sea service as 2nd Engineer on a container vessel
- OKCurrent medical fitness certificate and seafarer’s identity document
- OKProficiency in IMO regulations, MARPOL, and shipboard safety procedures
- OKAbility to work effectively in a multicultural team and handle shift work
