Role overview
The 2nd Engineer will play a key role in maintaining the diving support vessel's engine department. This includes ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and safely. The vessel operates in various locations, requiring adaptability and flexibility.
The 2nd Engineer's day-to-day duties will include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing junior engineers. They will also be responsible for managing spare parts and supplies, as well as maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they will work closely with the Chief Engineer to develop and implement maintenance plans.

What we look for
- Must hold a relevant STCW/CoC certificate for a 2nd Engineer position.
- At least 2 years of experience as a 2nd Engineer on a similar vessel type.
- Strong knowledge of engine department operations and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid medical certificate and ability to pass a drug test.
