Role overview
The 2nd Officer is a key member of the deck team on a Passenger ship, responsible for navigation and safety. This role involves working closely with the Master and other officers to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel. The 2nd Officer will also be involved in cargo and passenger operations.
The 2nd Officer's day-to-day duties at sea will include navigating the vessel, maintaining navigational equipment, and performing safety drills. They will also be responsible for supervising deck crew members and ensuring that all deck operations are carried out safely and efficiently. Additionally, the 2nd Officer will be required to keep accurate records and logs.

What we look for
- Relevant STCW/CoC certificate as a 2nd Officer
- At least 2 years of experience as a 2nd Officer on a Passenger ship
- Valid medical certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and leadership skills
