Role overview
We are seeking a skilled 3rd Engineer to join our team on a Passenger ship. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel's engine department. This is a great opportunity to work on a modern passenger vessel with a reputable company.
As a 3rd Engineer, your day-to-day duties will include performing routine maintenance and repairs on engine room equipment, monitoring and optimizing engine performance, and assisting with fuel management and conservation. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and logs of engine operations and maintenance activities. Additionally, you will work closely with other engineering team members to ensure seamless operation of the vessel.

What we look for
- Relevant STCW/CoC certificate as a 3rd Engineer
- At least 2 years of experience as a 3rd Engineer on a similar type of vessel
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass a medical examination and obtain any necessary visas
- Strong knowledge of engine room operations and maintenance procedures
