Role overview
The Chief Engineer is a senior management role on a Bulk carrier, responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the vessel's engine department. This includes ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The role requires strong technical and leadership skills.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Chief Engineer's STCW certificate of competency.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Chief Engineer on a bulk carrier or similar vessel type.
- Must have a strong understanding of engine operation, maintenance, and repair.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
