Role overview
The Chief Officer is a senior crew member responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the AHTS non DP vessel. This role involves overseeing deck operations and maintaining the vessel's cargo and deck equipment. The Chief Officer will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
The Chief Officer's day-to-day duties will include supervising cargo operations, maintaining deck equipment and stores, and performing safety drills and training exercises. The Chief Officer will also be responsible for navigating the vessel and maintaining its position and course. Additionally, the Chief Officer will oversee the maintenance and repair of deck equipment and machinery.

What we look for
- Chief Officer certificate of competency
- At least 2 years of experience as a Chief Officer on a similar type of vessel
- Valid medical certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good communication and leadership skills
