Daily duties include supervising deck crew during loading and discharge, conducting stability calculations, and maintaining watchkeeping standards. You will oversee safety drills, equipment inspections, and the preparation of navigation plans. Coordination with the shore office for documentation and port formalities is also required.

Requirements
- OK- Chief Mate Unlimited (CMU) or equivalent STCW endorsement, valid CoC.
- OK- Minimum 3 years recent experience as Chief Officer on a container ship of 5,000+ TEU.
- OK- Valid medical certificate and seafarer’s identity document.
- OK- Proficiency in cargo planning software and ECDIS.
- OK- Strong leadership, communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
