Requirements
- OKBachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping & Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- OKMinimum 8 years of dry bulk shipping operations experience
- OKPrior team leadership experience
- OKStrong knowledge of Time Charter and Voyage Charter operations including NYPE and GENCON forms
- OKExperience handling operational disputes, cargo claims, or arbitration preparation
- OKFluent in spoken Mandarin
- OKFluent written and spoken English
