Requirements
- OKSTCW 2010 Basic Safety Training and valid Chief Mate’s Certificate of Competency (CoC) for bulk carriers
- OKMinimum 3 years recent service as Chief Officer or Senior Deck Officer on bulk carriers
- OKProven experience with cargo handling, stability management, and watchkeeping
- OKGood knowledge of IMO regulations, ISM Code, and MARPOL requirements
- OKExcellent communication skills and ability to lead a multicultural deck crew
