Role overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team on a General Cargo Vessel. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment on board. This is a key role that requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.
As an Electrician on our vessel, your day-to-day duties will include performing routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, troubleshooting electrical faults, and testing and inspecting electrical equipment. You will also be required to work closely with other crew members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of electrical work and spare parts.

What we look for
- Must hold a relevant STCW/CoC certificate as an Electrician
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Electrician on a commercial vessel
- Must have a strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced maritime environment
