Requirements
- OKCertificate of Competency Class 1 and minimum 2 years’ service as Chief Engineer Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Fleet Manager managing a team and at least 20 vessels (containers; tankers considered) Strong understanding of shore-based operations and technical/operational responsibilities Proven ability to manage technical, operational and budgetary requirements Familiarity with PMS and SMS systems and experience with dry-docking Competency using modern technology/software to improve vessel performance Prior experience leading a multinational team advantageous
