Requirements
- OKHold a BSc minimum in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- OKHave strong experience working with gearboxes or rotating equipment within a marine, industrial, or heavy engineering environment (ideally 3–5+ years) Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gearbox assembly, maintenance, and fault finding.
- OKBe highly proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering documentation.
- OKHave a strong understanding of mechanical tolerances, alignment, and precision engineering principles.
- OKBe confident providing technical guidance and working in a client- or stakeholder-facing capacity.
- OKBe detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a wider engineering team
