Role overview
The Master will be in charge of a non-Dynamic Positioning Anchor Handling Tug Supply vessel, responsible for the overall safety and operation of the ship. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. The Master will also be responsible for managing the deck crew.
The Master's day-to-day duties will include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and maintaining safety and security protocols. The Master will also be responsible for conducting regular drills and training exercises to ensure the crew is prepared for emergency situations. Additionally, the Master will manage the vessel's maintenance and repair schedule to ensure optimal performance.

What we look for
- Must hold a valid Master's certificate of competency.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Master on a similar type of vessel.
- Must have a strong knowledge of anchor handling and tug operations.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
