Role overview

The Master is responsible for the safe operation of the Cement Carrier, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. The Master will oversee all deck operations, including cargo handling and navigation. The vessel will operate globally, requiring the Master to be adaptable to different ports and environments.

The Master's day-to-day duties will include navigating the vessel, managing the deck crew, and maintaining the ship's logs and records. The Master will also be responsible for conducting safety drills and training exercises, as well as performing regular inspections of the vessel and its equipment. Additionally, the Master will coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient cargo operations and maintain a high level of customer service.
