You will conduct regular safety drills, monitor fuel consumption and ensure all equipment is maintained to class standards. Reporting to the company’s technical department and liaising with port authorities are also part of the role.

Requirements
- OKrequirement 1: Valid Master Unlimited Certificate of Competency for Container Vessels (STCW)
- OKrequirement 2: Minimum 3 years command experience on container ships of 5,000 TEU or larger
- OKrequirement 3: Demonstrated knowledge of ISM Code, ISPS Code and MARPOL regulations
- OKrequirement 4: Strong leadership, crew‑management and communication skills
- OKrequirement 5: Current medical fitness certificate and Seafarer’s Identity Document
