You will oversee the vessel’s operational plan, coordinate with shore offices and ensure the ship meets company performance standards.
Daily duties include planning voyages, supervising cargo loading and discharge, monitoring navigation systems and maintaining watchkeeping records. You will lead the deck department, conduct safety drills, and manage communications with port authorities and pilots. The role also requires regular reporting to the company’s technical and commercial teams.

Requirements
- OKValid Master Unlimited Certificate of Competency with STCW 2010 endorsement.
- OKMinimum three years command experience on crude oil tankers of 20,000 dwt or larger.
- OKIn‑depth knowledge of IMO conventions, MARPOL, ISGOTT and cargo segregation rules.
- OKStrong leadership, crew management and English communication skills.
- OKCurrent medical fitness certificate and clean drug test result.
