Role overview
The Master is responsible for the overall operation of the Heavy-Lift Carrier, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of heavy cargo. This role requires strong leadership and navigational skills to manage the vessel and its crew. The Master will also be responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements.
The Master's day-to-day duties will include navigating the vessel, managing cargo operations, and supervising the deck crew. The Master will also be responsible for conducting safety drills and training exercises to ensure the crew is prepared for emergency situations. Additionally, the Master will maintain accurate records of the vessel's operations, including cargo manifests and navigation logs.

What we look for
- Master's certificate of competency
- At least 2 years of experience as a Master on a similar vessel type
