Requirements
- OKPrevious experience as a Technical Superintendent or within a technical shipping office environment
- OKEngineering education, with either sea-going experience or strong shore-based technical exposure
- OKPractical understanding of tanker and/or dry bulk vessel operations
- OKAbility to manage multiple vessels and priorities in a lean technical structure
- OKConfident communicator, comfortable working closely with senior management and crews
- OKProactive, hands-on mindset suited to a small and close-working team
