Requirements
- OKPrevious experience as a Technical Superintendent or within a technical shipping office environment Engineering education, with either sea-going experience or strong shore-based technical exposure Practical understanding of tanker and/or dry bulk vessel operations Ability to manage multiple vessels and priorities in a lean technical structure Confident communicator, comfortable working closely with senior management and crews Proactive, hands-on mindset suited to a small and close-working team
