Requirements
- OKMarine Qualifications: A marine degree with at least three years of experience onboard ships or in the shipping industry.
- OKAlternatively, a Chief Engineer’s license with a minimum of two years of sea service as Chief Engineer, or prior experience as a Technical Superintendent with another shipping company for at least two years.
- OKLeadership and Communication Skills: Proven leadership and effective communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- OKEnglish Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, essential for effective communication across multinational teams.
- OKRegulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the maritime industry, including relevant regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- OKTechnical and Financial Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of vessels under management, coupled with experience in budget management, purchasing, and cost control.
