Role details A specialist maritime recruiter is pleased to be partnering with a highly respected and globally recognised ship management company to recruit a Technical Superintendent (Tankers) for its Singapore office.
Requirements
- OKChief Engineer's Certificate with a minimum of two years' sea service as Chief Engineer, a relevant marine degree with shipping experience, or previous experience as a Technical Superintendent managing tanker vessels.
- OKStrong technical knowledge of tanker operations, planned maintenance, dry dockings, international maritime regulations, and classification requirements.
- OKProven experience managing technical budgets, purchasing activities, and delivering cost-effective fleet performance.
- OKExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both ashore and onboard.
- OKFluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across regional teams and support vessels operating throughout Asia.
