Requirements
- OKAt least 5 years' experience in a senior sailing position or a minimum of 2 years' experience within a maritime educational role
- OKMUST have IMO Model Course 6.09 (VICT/TOTA) certification
- OKComprehensive understanding of maritime legislation and training requirements
- OKStrong working knowledge of STCW standards
- OKUnderstanding of adult learning methodologies and emerging maritime training trends
- OKExcellent communication and presentation skills
- OKProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- OKFluency in English and applicable local languages
