Requirements
- OKExperience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant shore-based experience within the maritime industry, ideally supported by previous sea-going service as a Master or senior officer on tankers or gas carriers.
- OKKnowledge: Strong understanding of international maritime regulations, coupled with proven experience in vetting systems and industry standards such as OCIMF SIRE, CDI SIR, and RightShip RISQ.
- OKLeadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and organise a team effectively, manage multiple vetting processes, and maintain communication across departments and external stakeholders.
- OKAnalytical & Technical Skills: Proficient in monitoring and analysing vetting inspection performance, identifying trends, and implementing continuous improvement actions in line with best practices.
- OKCommunication & Professionalism: Excellent command of the English language—both written and verbal—with the capability to engage confidently with internal management, clients, and third-party organisations.
