You will conduct regular safety drills, monitor stability calculations, and ensure proper documentation of all cargo operations. Coordination with the engine department for ballast management and emergency response is also required.

Requirements

  • OK- Chief Mate Certificate of Competency (STCW) with Tanker endorsement
  • OK- Minimum 3 years service as Chief Officer or 5 years as Senior Deck Officer on crude tankers
  • OK- Valid Medical Certificate and Seafarer’s Identity Document
  • OK- Proficiency in cargo handling software and stability software
  • OK- Strong leadership, communication skills and ability to work under pressure
