Requirements
- OK- Valid Chief Officer (Second Mate) Certificate of Competency for oil tankers (STCW)
- OK- Minimum 3 years sea service as Chief Officer or 5 years as senior deck officer on oil tankers
- OK- Proven experience with cargo handling plans, inert gas systems, and tank cleaning procedures
- OK- Strong knowledge of MARPOL, ISM, ISPS and ability to conduct internal audits
- OK- Excellent leadership, communication skills and proficiency with NAPA/Olex software
