- OKValid Chief Officer Certificate of Competency (COC) on oil tankers, STCW 2010 endorsement
- OKMinimum 3,000 days sea service, at least 1,200 days as Chief Officer on tankers
- OKProven experience with crude oil cargo handling and stability calculations
- OKStrong leadership skills and ability to train junior deck crew
- OKGood command of English, both written and spoken
