Requirements
- OKSTCW Food Safety Certificate (or equivalent Cook’s CoC)
- OKMinimum 2 years experience cooking on board a vessel of 3,000 ton+
- OKAbility to prepare balanced meals for up to 20 crew members
- OKStrong knowledge of galley hygiene and record‑keeping procedures
- OKValid seafarer’s medical certificate and fitness for duty
