Requirements
- OKPrevious experience in crew coordination personnel management, or a similar administrative role Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines Flexibility to respond to operational requests outside of standard office hours when required Strong communication skills in English for international liaison; proficiency in German for internal collaboration.
