Requirements

  • OKConduct routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems and equipment
  • OKReact quickly and efficiently to plant breakdowns.
  • OKDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
  • OKRepair or replace faulty electrical parts, wiring, and equipment
  • OKInstall, maintain, and repair 3-phase motors, PLCs, VFD’s, and other electrical systems
  • OKEnsure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes
  • OKDocument maintenance and repair activities, including updating equipment records and work orders
  • OKCollaborate with other team members and departments to support overall facility operations
  • OKParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance electrical system efficiency and reliability
  • OKParticipate in call out system.
  • OK18th Edition certification
  • OKProficient in diagnosing PLC/HMI systems, with some experience of ladder logic.
  • OKProficient in diagnosing and commissioning Variable Frequency Drives.
  • OKExcellent control and automation experience, including modifying existing controls systems and implementing new control systems.
  • OKProficient in fault-finding, 3 phase and single-phase systems.
  • OKProven experience as an electrician with a focus on factory automation and maintenance
  • OKStrong diagnostic skills with experience in LV circuits, electrical motors, and power lighting
  • OKAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
  • OKExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • OKKnowledge of safety standards and procedures in electrical work
