Requirements
- OKConduct routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems and equipment
- OKReact quickly and efficiently to plant breakdowns.
- OKDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- OKRepair or replace faulty electrical parts, wiring, and equipment
- OKInstall, maintain, and repair 3-phase motors, PLCs, VFD’s, and other electrical systems
- OKEnsure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes
- OKDocument maintenance and repair activities, including updating equipment records and work orders
- OKCollaborate with other team members and departments to support overall facility operations
- OKParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance electrical system efficiency and reliability
- OKParticipate in call out system.
- OK18th Edition certification
- OKProficient in diagnosing PLC/HMI systems, with some experience of ladder logic.
- OKProficient in diagnosing and commissioning Variable Frequency Drives.
- OKExcellent control and automation experience, including modifying existing controls systems and implementing new control systems.
- OKProficient in fault-finding, 3 phase and single-phase systems.
- OKProven experience as an electrician with a focus on factory automation and maintenance
- OKStrong diagnostic skills with experience in LV circuits, electrical motors, and power lighting
- OKAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
- OKExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- OKKnowledge of safety standards and procedures in electrical work
