The officer will manage watch schedules, troubleshoot equipment failures, and maintain accurate technical logs and reports. Coordination with the deck department for ballast and fuel management is also required.

Requirements
- OK- Valid STCW 2nd Class Engine Officer Certificate (or equivalent Marine Engineer Officer licence)
- OK- Minimum 2 years sea service as an Engine Officer on a container or similar vessel
- OK- Proficiency with diesel engine monitoring systems and planned maintenance systems (e.g., NAPA, AMOS)
- OK- Good understanding of MARPOL, ISM and company safety procedures
- OK- Current medical fitness certificate and seafarer’s book
