Experienced Electro‑Technical Officer needed for 4‑month oil/chemical tanker contract with DESE Crew Management.

The ETO will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all electrical, electronic and automation systems on a modern oil/chemical tanker. Work includes monitoring power generation, cargo handling instrumentation and navigation electronics to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Daily duties involve troubleshooting faults, performing preventive maintenance on generators, thrusters and control panels, and supporting the chief engineer during cargo loading and discharge. The ETO will also manage spare parts inventory, update technical manuals and ensure compliance with class and flag regulations. Participation in safety drills and emergency response is a regular part of the role.

Requirements
- OKSTCW 2010 Certificate of Competency as Electro‑Technical Officer (or equivalent)
- OKValid Medical Certificate and Seafarer’s Identity Document
- OKMinimum 2 years experience on oil or chemical tankers
- OKProficiency with PLC, SCADA and vessel automation systems
- OKGood command of English, both written and spoken
