Requirements
- OKLead the establishment and management of a European service hub Plan and execute aftermarket business strategies for spare parts sales, repair, and inspection Build and maintain strong technical relationships with clients and shipyards Recruit and lead a local team to support service operations Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams at headquarters (Singapore) to establish technical support systems No restrictions on nationality, educational background, or age Proven leadership experience in managing marine equipment service businesses (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical components) Preferably with an existing network among European shipyards or shipowners Strong self-motivation and excellent communication skills
