Role details The recruitment team Recruitment is partnering with an established Ship Management company to recruit an HSQE – Marine Superintendent for its Athens office.
Requirements
- OKA minimum of three years' seagoing experience, with experience up to Captain level
- OKAt least two years' shore-based experience within a similar HSQE, Marine Superintendent or marine safety position
- OKStrong knowledge of ISM, ISPS and relevant ISO standards
- OKExperience conducting or supporting vessel audits, inspections and onboard training
- OKA strong understanding of vetting requirements and deck maintenance
- OKThe ability to communicate effectively with Masters, crew and shore-based departments
- OKThe flexibility to travel extensively, with approximately 90–120 days of vessel attendances per year
- OKThe ability to work from the company's Athens office when not travelling
