Role details The recruitment team Recruitment is partnering with an established and rapidly expanding ship management company to recruit a Technical Manager for its Athens office.
Requirements
- OKAt least two years' experience as a Technical Manager or Fleet Manager
- OKExperience overseeing a fleet of approximately 20 vessels or more
- OKExtensive technical experience with bulk carriers
- OKProven experience managing and developing a substantial technical team
- OKStrong leadership and organisational capabilities
- OKThe ability to work effectively with senior management during a period of rapid fleet expansion
- OKThe right to work in Greece without requiring sponsorship
- OKThe ability to commute to the Athens office five days per week, candidates already based in Greece, particularly those with strong knowledge of the Greek shipping market, will be highly desirable.
