You will perform regular safety drills, monitor equipment, and ensure proper documentation of all operations. Coordination with the chief engineer and the company’s technical team will be required to address any technical issues promptly.

Requirements
- OK- Valid Master Mariner’s Certificate of Competency (Tankers) with STCW 2010 endorsement
- OK- Minimum 3 years recent command experience on a bitumen or heavy oil tanker of 20,000 dwt or more
- OK- Proven knowledge of IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL and ISM Code applicable to viscous cargoes
- OK- Strong leadership, communication skills and ability to manage multicultural crews
- OK- Current medical fitness certificate and valid seafarer’s identity document
