The Master will be the overall authority on a modern crude oil tanker, responsible for safe navigation, cargo operations and compliance with international regulations. You will lead a crew of 20‑25 seafarers and ensure the vessel meets the company's performance standards.
Daily duties include planning voyages, supervising loading and discharge of crude cargo, and monitoring stability and ballast operations. You will conduct bridge watches, manage communications with shore and port authorities, and oversee safety drills and emergency preparedness. All navigation and engineering reports must be reviewed and signed off before each passage.

Requirements
- OKValid Master Unlimited Certificate of Competency (CoC) on tankers (STCW)
- OKMinimum 3 years command experience on crude oil tankers of 20,000-50,000 dwt
- OKCurrent STCW 2010 endorsements including Advanced Fire Fighting and Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats
- OKProven record of safe cargo handling and compliance with IMO MARPOL and ISM standards
- OKFluent English, strong leadership and crew management skills
