Requirements
- OKValid Master Mariner Certificate of Competency (CoC) for oil tankers (STCW 2009)
- OKMinimum 3 years command experience on crude oil tankers of 20,000 dwt or more
- OKProven knowledge of ISGOTT, MARPOL Annex I, and tanker cargo handling procedures
- OKGood standing with a recognized flag state and no recent safety deficiencies
- OKExcellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
