Amergo Group seeks an Ordinary Seaman for a General Cargo vessel, joining 15 Mar 2027 with a $1305 monthly salary.
Employer notes
The OS will assist the deck crew on a multi‑purpose cargo ship that carries bulk, break‑bulk and containerised goods. You will work under the supervision of the Chief Mate and follow watch‑keeping procedures to keep the vessel safe and efficient.
Daily duties include handling lines, mooring and unmooring the vessel, participating in cargo operations and maintaining deck cleanliness. You will stand watch as directed, monitor safety equipment and report any abnormalities. Routine maintenance of deck gear and participation in drills are also part of the role.

Requirements
- OKSTCW 95 basic safety training certificate (including Personal Survival Techniques, Fire Fighting, First Aid)
- OKValid Seafarer’s Identification and Medical Certificate
- OKBasic knowledge of cargo handling and deck equipment
- OKAbility to work in a team and follow orders promptly
- OKGood physical fitness and willingness to stand watch for extended periods
