Requirements
- OKTechnical degree or equivalent qualification, with relevant experience within the maritime industry and a strong understanding of shipboard operations.
- OKProven experience in ship repair, fleet maintenance, technical project management or a closely related maritime engineering environment.
- OKStrong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to balance technical, commercial, budgetary and operational considerations.
- OKExcellent written and spoken English, alongside confident communication skills when working with crews, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- OKA structured, independent and solution-focused approach, with strong MS Office skills and flexibility to travel regularly between vessels, shipyards and offices.
