Requirements
- OKDemonstrated experience in the development and management of safety cases within a maritime or other safety-critical engineering setting.
- OKStrong background in regulatory compliance, including engagement with classification societies or flag state authorities.
- OKFormal training or professional experience as a Safety Engineer, with an accredited engineering or safety-management qualification (Chartered Engineer or equivalent desirable) Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- OKDesirable: familiarity with UK or Irish workboat codes, experience in designing or operating fast-response or offshore support vessels, and risk-management certification (IOSH or equivalent)
