- OKDegree (HBO/WO) in Shipbuilding or Maritime Technology.
- OKStrong experience in ship design & engineering, ideally in a design consultancy.
- OKProficiency in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Bentley/Maxsurf, ShipConstructor & Microsoft Office.
- OKExcellent leadership & communication skills—ability to engage teams & stakeholders.
- OKExperience managing large-scale projects with strict time & budget requirements.
- OKFluent English (Dutch is a plus).
- OKA proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
