Daily duties include monitoring engine performance, conducting routine inspections, and performing preventive maintenance on propulsion and auxiliary systems. You will troubleshoot faults, oversee the engine room crew, and keep accurate technical logs. Coordination with the deck department for bunkering and ballast operations is also required.

Requirements
- OK1 to Valid STCW 2010 Certificate of Competency as 2nd Engineer (or higher)
- OK2 to Minimum 2 years sea service as 2nd Engineer on a container or similar vessel
- OK3 to Proficiency with IMO regulations, MARPOL and ISM code compliance
- OK4 to Strong knowledge of diesel engines, generators, and auxiliary plant systems
- OK5 to Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
